How do I delete my account?

Open Your space in the app, choose Delete account, and confirm permanent deletion. This removes your live account, profile and associated private records. See the privacy policy for backup, log and local-storage limits. If you cannot sign in, email us for help; we may need to verify ownership.

How do I stop sharing my student profile?

Open Your space → Edit your profile and turn off discovery. Profiles are private by default, and profiles shared with the directory are reviewed before publication.

How do I report or block content?

On a student profile, choose Report profile or Block profile. On an imported venue post, choose Report post or Hide this source. Use Your space to manage blocked profiles. You can also email support with a link or the name of the relevant listing. Never send passwords or verification codes.

A campus or venue listing is incorrect. What should I do?

Email the listing name and what needs correcting. Confirm time-sensitive details, admission, accessibility and schedules with the venue or the official campus source.

Safety concerns

Read our community rules. Reports are reviewed by the app operator. Support is not an emergency service: contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger.
